On April 19, 2021, the NVC International-Greater China Oracle NetSuite ERP Launch Conference with an implementation cycle of only 7 weeks was successfully held in Zhuhai, Guangdong. The implementation period of the Greater China project was shortened from the original estimated 16 weeks to 7 weeks, and the project man-days were also left in the original plan, which greatly encouraged the morale of both teams. The implementation modules of this project are mainly sales, procurement, finance and warehousing, and the project goal is to achieve data process coordination, a clear and functional accounting system, and real-time output of various reports for decision-making reference. After the smooth implementation, the business and financial data of the three subsidiaries were all integrated into the OneWorld system of Oracle NetSuite, breaking through the transaction barriers between subsidiaries, coordinating the upstream and downstream supply chains, and connecting external suppliers with internal subsidiaries. , and then delivered to customers to form a complete industrial chain.
