Since June 2021, our company has confirmed the launch of the Netsuite project, and has received strong support from your company. The Shanghai technical team was unable to participate the project due to other project reasons. Sales Ryan and Linda actively coordinated the resources of all parties. The organization was led by Collins Liu and some technical personnel from Nanjing and Shanghai jointly formed the cross-provincial team. At the beginning, we were worried about whether the technicians from different places could cooperate well. After the communication and research in the early stage, the orderly progress of the project completely eliminated our concerns.

The implementation team led by Collins, including Justin, Lancer, Arlene, Paul and other excellent technicians, conducted a detailed research on our company's needs in the early stage and fully understood our needs. During the implementation process, we also faced many difficulties. Project members actively communicated and discussed, and provided solutions in a timely manner. In the implementation of the data interface between Netsuite and Salesforce, Bob, the technical director of Netsuite, also made great efforts to overcome numerous technical difficulties. In the period of the project implementation, epidemics broke out successively in various places. Since the project members came from all over the country, it increased the difficulty of project promotion. In order to ensure the progress of the project, the team members worked overtime and cooperated closely, and finally went online smoothly on October 8, 2021 as originally planned.
