01. NetSuite Accounting

After the optimization update, it supports scanning assets without asset value records and lease payments without contracts, etc.

02. NetSuite Banking
SuiteApp manages cash flow and sees recent cash forecasts, and Cash 360 SuiteApp version 1.00.0 is currently available in the SuiteApp Marketplace.

03. NetSuite Globalization
Support manual creation and association of separate invoice, bill, vendor credit and credit memo for inter-company transactions. Also, POs still need to be created if there is a stock transfer.

04. NetSuite Inventory Management
Based on the New Supply Allocation Pop-up Window, users can click the link to view the supply order and demand order details. Supply Chain Control Tower enables users to view supplier performance history. The Supply Planning page contains product descriptions, and a filter for the work page of the planning table is added.

At the same time, there are some new optimizations on the mobile side of WMS, such as the ability to check and generate multiple waves, single and multiple order area picking, and reusable picking cartons. At the same time, it has added a "bulk load" option to transfer temporary storage items to carts, and allows to print item labels when searching inventory. Tally scanning supports more mobile device processes (supported mobile device processes include: location put-away, location transfer, stock transfer, cycle count, return).

In addition, users can manually create temporary quality inspection queues without defining a Specification Context and will not affect the defined quality inspection queues. And Quality Management provides a new quality inspection report and quality inspection workflow.

The printing has been optimized. It is supported to select label printing, report printing or both, and then users submit the default value after checking the support in the text box page. SuiteApp supports real-time inventory counting without affecting business operations. If there is a transaction during the inventory, the system will prompt the user and guide the user to the correct next step.

05. NetSuite Order Management
Users can first exclude the 2/29 preference setting, and then when using Suitebilling, they can set it in the accounting options to ensure that no matter how many days there are in a year, the amount allocated to all days is the same.

Suitebilling is optimized to include the end date on the subscription amendment line, Which can process customer payments in batches (applied to different invoices for different customers).

Electronic banking batch update payment batch information,and electronic payment can exclude certain transaction types, such as invoices or credit memos, processing supplier payments from primary and secondary banks, and payment of locked account period (need to check Allow overridden preferences).

06. NetSuite Projects
The advanced project budget management in Job Costing supports the creation of two types of project budgets, and optimizes the estimated and actual budget reports. In addition, some optimizations have been made on other pages. Project supports intercompany cross-fee. SuiteApp can provide different invoice display templates based on the project, and the project dashboard can display the resources, budget, income and financial status of the project.

07. NetSuite · SuiteAnalytics
Users who want to use SuiteAnalytics need to update to the latest version of JDBC Driver. In the updated and optimized SuiteAnalytics, Workbook supports associating two data sets, and Static Data Model supports viewing data based on role permissions. The data is limited by permissions, but the data structure can be viewed. Some new records and fields have been added to the available data sources, and the Records Catalog has been updated from being available to administrators to being available to authorized roles. In addition, NetSuite.com is no longer updated and NetSuite2.com is recommended.

New product debut

PDF Sign
PDF can be previewed in the NetSuite system interface, and handwritten signature requirements can be completed online. PDF Sign automatically synthesizes anti-tampering according to preset parameters. After the document is successfully signed, it can be downloaded to the local immediately in the NetSuite interface. At the same time, the PDF Sign will be saved in the file cabinet synchronously, and the relevant signing records will be updated and locked immediately.

E-sign
The main function of E-Sign is to quickly connect NetSuite with the Shangshangsign system. Its built-in program can send the standard PDF generated by NetSuite transaction processing to the Shangshangsign system and complete the signing. It also supports customized expansion. E-Sign provides a stable and efficient docking service for the integration of NetSuite and Shangshangsign system.

Email Approval
Users do not need to log in to the NS system, and can complete the approval operation for the documents in the system by using email.

DataPump
Through simple configuration, the system can regularly execute data extraction tasks, query the data, and save them in the file cabinet of NetSuite. And the files in the NetSuite file cabinet are safely transferred to the target server through the SFTP protocol.

Does NetSuite have a project scheduling feature?
There is an SPS module in NetSuite, which needs to be purchased separately. After the purchase, it can be used for project management. At the same time, if it is a manpower project, Job Costing can help you manage costs.

How to transfer 360 Dashboard data to the home page?
Cash360 is a SuiteApp. After configuration, it can be added on the homepage. After adding, users can see cash360 on the homepage.

Is there a comparison key document for each update of NetSuite, and where can I find it?

Before the version is updated, NewRelease will be officially released. Users only need to switch to the English interface, and then click help in the upper right corner of the interface. The first column displays the version description for the next update, which can be downloaded.

What are the main advantages of Analytical Reports over Saved Searches and Reports? Can it give better intuitive results in actual business?
Saved Search has limited functionality. It has certain limitations when it comes to multi-table association, but NetSuite Analytics will gradually make up for these functions, and each version update of NetSuite will be accompanied by the update of NetSuite Analytics. Therefore, NetSuite Analytics may be a major reporting tool for NetSuite in the future.

Can PDF Sign guarantee the security of signing? In addition to the control of the signature approval process, are there other verification methods, such as fingerprints and face recognition?
Such a complex scenario has not been involved yet. PDF Sign is mainly aimed at customers who do not have particularly high security requirements and sign for legal requirements that are not particularly strict. The program can better solve this problem.
