Informatics Challenges
1. Lack of globalised/group financial system: Currently, it only relies on the basic version of Kingdee as the bookkeeping software in the domestic headquarters;
2.Business management relies on a large number of manual: still using Excel for management, only offline processes, in urgent need of standardised management;
3.The lack of cross-border logistics and warehousing business platform: the urgent need for systematic customisation of business processes, to achieve integration with the back-end financial, systematic management of warehousing and logistics costs, tracking logistics nodes;
4.The demand for integrated management system of business and finance: rapid expansion of overseas business, in addition to the headquarters in Yiwu, but also need to manage the business of Uzbek, Russia, Turkey and other companies;
5.Financial automation of management needs: cross-border logistics related transactions, the lack of systematic automation of related transactions associated.

Solutions
1.Redesign of the three major business processes: systematise all the necessary offline business processes, optimise some of the business processes by combining with NetSuite's capabilities, and achieve the integration of business and finance with the back-office financial processes;
2.Reorganise the main data of the three major businesses: detailed classification of logistics and warehousing services, pricing and implementation standards; the distinction between self-supporting trade and agency procurement of goods;
3.Reshape the cross-border logistics business part: differentiate the scope of authority and responsibility of each subsidiary through domestic and foreign service goods and regions; the sales contract of the Chinese company contains logistics services for both the Chinese section and the overseas section; the services for the Chinese section are fulfilled by the Chinese company, and the services for the overseas section are fulfilled by the overseas subsidiaries, and the service-associated transactions are automatically generated between the two companies; meanwhile, customise the logistics tracking and vehicle tracking process for each section within NS. At the same time, the logistics tracking and vehicle tracking process of each section is customised within NS, including key milestone nodes such as factories, ports and warehouses;
4. Optimise and reconstruct the domestic and overseas third-party warehousing business: differentiate between first-level warehousing services (receiving services, shipping services, storage services, consumables services, value-added services, etc.) and second-level services (warehousing fees, insurance fees, agency fees, tariffs, certificates, lump-sum fees, forklift fees, commodity inspection fees, consignment fees, etc.), and import end-of-the-month summary statistics templates into NS to unify the management of invoicing and receipts and write-offs;
5.Automation of related transactions: Through the regional subcontracting of the unified contract and the regional limitation of service goods, inter-company related transactions and consolidated statements are automatically generated;
6.Global fiscal compliance: localisation of fiscal localisation in China, Uzbekistan, Russia and Turkey.
