Informatisation Challenges
1. Demand for a global, group-level operating platform;
2. End-to-end closed-loop management requirements for multi-platform cross-border e-commerce sales: Amazon FBA/FBM, Shopify B2B/B2C; closed-loop overseas B2B sales management;
3. Supply chain management, assembly production, and after-sales disassembly;
4. First-mile logistics management and cost allocation;
5. Overseas warehouse integration requirements;
6. Refined e-commerce finance management requirements; -
Solutions
1. Hitpoint provided DanShui with a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce solution: covering domestic supply chain and assembly management, first-mile shipping and third-party warehouse collaboration, integrations with major e-commerce platforms, and downstream fulfillment and finance processes;
2. Amazon FBA and FBM:
① FBA direct integration plus backfilling sales orders and item fulfillments, FBA replenishment planning, and Shipment ID tracking;
② FBM: capturing orders directly via Hitpoint’s WeiYiLian connector and integrating with YouCha XiaoMa and Xinhua Warehouse for fulfillment;
③ Amazon statement parsing, applying payout settlements against A/R, and posting platform fee journals;
3. Shopify B2C: capturing orders and fulfillment directly via WeiYiLian, with statement reconciliation/settlement and fee processing;
4. Shopify B2B (distributor model): managing distributor details in NetSuite customer records, setting tiered pricing by item; requiring approvals after sales order creation; for scenarios not requiring split orders, the system automatically creates kit-item sales orders, while for scenarios requiring splits, it automatically creates component-item sales orders; NetSuite automatically assigns warehouses based on order ZIP/postal codes;
5. Offline B2B sales: in addition to distributors, there are also offline orders from Spreetail and Macy’s;
6. Supply chain: closed-loop process from requisition to payment;
7. Assembly production management: assembly BOM and work order management; after-sales disassembly work order management;
8. First-mile logistics management and cost allocation, with landed cost capture upon warehouse receipt;
9. SKU profitability analysis reports and multi-dimensional management reporting configuration; -
