  • Informatics Challenges

  • Solutions

    1. Leveraging NetSuite’s global and group-level capabilities, with Hong Kong as the group headquarters, we built a global omnichannel sales management platform and a supply chain collaboration platform;
    2. Domestic e-commerce: centralized management of orders and after-sales cases across platforms via the JikeCloud OMS;

    ② unified management of operating agencies and influencers, supporting commission configuration and influencer income-and-expense reporting;

  • Customer Benefits

    In March 2025, Perdays officially launched its collaboration with Hitpoint Cloud, fully optimizing and upgrading its Oracle NetSuite ERP system. The project successfully went live in July 2025, significantly improving supply chain performance, closed-loop management of omnichannel sales processes, and financial close efficiency. This upgrade laid a digital foundation for the brand’s future refined management and has since entered Phase 2, focusing on integration with the Australian subsidiary’s Shopify, overseas warehouse systems, the MRP module, and group treasury planning.‌
