  • Informatics Challenges

    1.Plantlogic from 2018 began to use NetSuite, a period of implementation by the United States of America to do a simple configuration, late due to the time difference, do not understand China's supply chain and other reasons, and did not get NetSuite other partners or the official strong support, rely on the departments of the key users to figure out the use of their own, the urgent need for a Chinese NetSuite professional services partner of the long-term accompanying services;

    2.Due to the limitations of the previous NetSuite system support, Plantlogic Xiangshan production plant lack of systematic management;

    3.The lack of in and out of the warehouse scanning tools and automated warehouse management.


  • Solutions

    1.System back and historical data migration: 2023 Plantlogic chose to buy NetSuite in China and migrate the previous 6 years' historical data to the new system, the Hitpoint team did an excellent job of historical data migration, and at the same time, the previous trade process was optimised as a whole;

    2.Add new trading company and Xiangshan factory, the two companies do direct correlation between the transaction;

    3.Complete injection moulding production management of Xiangshan factory, refined cost sharing and financial accounting;

    4.Use Hitpoint's self-developed plug-in [micro warehouse] to achieve warehousing in and out of the warehouse sweep code, mobile collaterals and completion of warehousing;

    5.Provide accompanying consulting and solution landing;

    6.Provide timely one-to-one after-sales service.
