1. The domestic group ERP cannot meet management requirements across overseas regions, so an international system is needed to manage overseas operations; collaboration with the group ERP system;
2. Procurement management for the Malaysia factory, including withholding-specific tax and finance processing;
3. MRP requirements for supply chain planning at the Malaysia factory;
4. Production management and refined cost accounting for the Malaysia factory;

1. Built Shining 3D’s multi-business management platform overseas on NetSuite, enabling necessary data visibility and management collaboration with the domestic group ERP;
2. Designed an end-to-end procurement process for the Malaysia factory, embedding withholding and other localized tax/finance requirements into landed cost management;
3. Supply chain planning (MRP): leveraged NetSuite’s native Demand Planning module to enable systematic supply chain planning and traceability management for the Malaysia factory;
2. Production work order management: including standard work orders, rework work orders, reconfiguration work orders, and subcontracting work orders, etc.;
3. Production process management: used Hitpoint’s extended production process management module to manage the full process of material issuance, transfers, returns, and more with greater granularity;
4. Refined production cost accounting: in addition to BOM roll-ups on completion orders, used Hitpoint’s month-end production cost allocation module to allocate various indirect costs to work orders completed in the month;

By establishing the digital foundation for the Malaysia factory, we created a scalable blueprint for Shining 3D’s future global capacity expansion.
