  • Customer Profile

    From China to the world.
    YONNY is the flagship brand of Beijing Yunizaiyiqi Brand Management Co., Ltd. Founded in 2017, the brand pioneered a quick-service format for suancai fish — fish served with pickled mustard greens — and rapidly gained popularity across China. It has since become a leading name in the suancai fish category and a well-known Chinese quick-service restaurant chain.
    Over nine years, YONNY has grown from its origins in Beijing to more than 360 cities worldwide, opening overseas locations in New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and other cities. As of February 2026, it operated more than 2,700 restaurants globally, making it the world’s largest suancai fish restaurant brand by number of locations.

  • Informatics Challenges

    1. No Core ERP Platform for Overseas Operations:
            Overseas operations have minimal system support and rely primarily on manual order processing and procurement, resulting in low efficiency, a high risk of errors, limited traceability, and processes that are difficult to replicate;
            These limitations significantly hinder future global expansion and standardized operations;
    2. Limitations in Ordering Systems for Overseas Franchise Stores:
            A flexible store ordering system is needed to support online ordering, online payments, order tracking, and the management of various fees receivable from franchise stores;
            The system must support future upgrades to local-language versions;
            Seamless integration between the store ordering system and ERP is required;
    3. A Need to Digitize the Entire Overseas Supply Chain:
            Systematic, end-to-end supply chain management is required across multiple operating models;
            Intercompany transactions need to be automated;
            Integration with overseas third-party warehouses and greater visibility into warehouse operations are required;
            Store inventory visibility is needed in future phases;
    4. Fragmented Data and Disconnected Operations and Finance Hinder Group-Wide Oversight:
            Fragmented data makes it difficult to build valuable data assets, extract meaningful insights, and support strategic decisions at the group level;
            Disconnected business and financial processes make group-wide oversight difficult, creating significant obstacles to corporate compliance and a future IPO;

  • Solutions

    1. Standardizing Overseas Business and Financial Processes: Using Oracle NetSuite as the core platform, Hitpoint Cloud integrated the store ordering system, the third-party warehouse WMS (HAVI), the group’s master data system in China (franchisees, suppliers, sales pricing, and purchase pricing), and its approval system (Yunzhijia) to systematically standardize all business and financial processes;
    2. Redesigning the Store Technology Architecture:
            A three-layer architecture provides the flexibility to support diverse operating scenarios worldwide;
            Front end: store POS systems; middle layer: the store ordering system (Yudianbao); back end: NetSuite;
    3. Drawing on its extensive experience with operational platforms for restaurant chains, Hitpoint Cloud rapidly customized and deployed a franchise store ordering system for YONNY, with mobile app and desktop interfaces, enabling franchise stores to conveniently manage wallet top-ups, ordering, order tracking, goods receipt, and after-sales service through the mobile app;
            Integration with payment providers such as PingPong enables online payments and collections in local markets;
            The ordering system’s multilingual capabilities fully support rollout across markets with different language requirements;
    4. The desktop interface of the store ordering system provides detailed administration of store ordering operations, covering master data configuration (stores, items, pricing structures, and delivery rules), order review and management throughout the order lifecycle, store wallet management (prepaid balances, credits applied against purchases, and coupons), and fees receivable from stores (franchise fees, penalties, and other charges), with seamless integration across the mobile app and NetSuite;
    5. Supply Chain Coordination Across Multiple Levels:
            Store supply chain: Franchise stores coordinate supply orders with YONNY’s Malaysian supply chain company and external sales agencies, supported by a dedicated collaboration portal for external sales agencies within the store ordering system;
            Local supply chain: YONNY’s Malaysian entity coordinates stock transfers to local third-party warehouses and procurement from local suppliers;
            Global supply chain: YONNY’s Malaysian entity coordinates procurement from the group’s supply chain companies in China (equipment, utensils, and ancillary materials) and Vietnam (primarily basa fish), as well as orders with suppliers in China that ship directly to the destination;

  • Customer Benefits

    1. Drawing on its extensive experience in digitizing restaurant chain operations, Hitpoint Cloud built a flexible, scalable technology architecture for YONNY’s overseas operations and a customized store ordering system;
    2. With a deep understanding of global supply chain collaboration, Hitpoint Cloud redesigned YONNY’s supply chain coordination across store, local, and global operations;
    3. With Malaysia as the pilot market for phase one, Hitpoint Cloud implemented and validated a complete digital model for end-to-end management of YONNY’s overseas business operations and finance, establishing a solid foundation and a readily replicable model for rapid expansion into other regions.
