In today's rapidly evolving business environment, no single system can permanently meet all of a company's needs. Hitpoint Cloud's self-developed system adheres to the principle of keeping pace with the times, continuously upgrading and optimising to collaborate with Oracle NetSuite's cloud ERP system, providing businesses with more comprehensive and efficient information technology solutions.
After three years of development, the Hitpoint China Finance App 9.0 version was officially launched in early June. Hitpoint Cloud has incorporated new optimised features into it, all to provide you with a more efficient and intelligent financial management experience.
1. New Feature Upgrades
The China Finance Suite App enables localised financial vouchers without altering any existing records in the system. It covers Chinese vouchers, journals, general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, as well as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Users can export these financial vouchers and print them as paper-based Chinese vouchers for viewing and storage.
① Direct Method Cash Flow Statement
Click ‘Query’ to view the report data on the page. After clicking ‘Export to Excel,’ the generated report file will be saved in the corresponding file cabinet, and you can click the link to view it.
② Merged Voucher Printing/Numbering
(1) If you need to merge vouchers by document type, you can use the voucher merging function.
After merging, Chinese adjustment vouchers will be generated by voucher type, and all associated original transaction processing vouchers will be stored in the Related Transaction field.
(2) Voucher and Voucher Code Generation
Previous versions only supported numeric numbering. Now, configurations can be set by subsidiary, including prefixes, whether the prefix includes the year and month, and the number of digits for the serial number.
③ Fixed known bugs
2.Flexible configuration to precisely meet your needs
① Accounting subject mapping
Hitpoint localisation supports 1-to-1 or 1-to-many subject mapping.
② Accounting voucher type differences
Hitpoint localisation can restrict the document types that need to be displayed in the Chinese account set.
③ Accounting voucher template printing differences
Hitpoint Localisation supports the development of customised print templates, allowing you to tailor the print content to your specific needs. Additionally, voucher numbers can be sequentially numbered by date or by transaction type (e.g., A1-10, B11-20), offering greater flexibility. Furthermore, the Chinese voucher summaries in Hitpoint Localisation can be customised using formulas to meet complex user requirements.
④ Differences in Chinese Financial Statements
Hitpoint Localisation configures reports by modifying the subject code configuration of function formulas in exported tables, offering greater flexibility and convenience for users to adjust and optimise based on actual circumstances.
3.Continuous Updates in the Future: User Needs Drive Hitpoint Cloud
Hitpoint Cloud understands that user needs are the driving force behind product improvement. In future version updates, Hitpoint Cloud will continue to optimise and upgrade, bringing users more convenient features. If you have any suggestions for improving the product during use, please feel free to leave a comment in the post. Hitpoint Cloud will carefully listen to your feedback and incorporate your suggestions into our development plans, aiming to present a more feature-rich and user-friendly Hitpoint China Finance App in the 10.0 version!
