At the meeting, Maxdao CEO Mr. Leng told us the story about the project. At the end of 2020, Maxdao established a new American branch. How to efficiently operate the American branch has become an urgent problem for Maxdao. Information tools such as ERP have become a breakthrough. Combined with its own business needs and characteristics, Maxdao summed up the characteristics that an ideal ERP should possess. The system needs to have a relatively international interface. It can be customized and developed according to the company's past experience, can realize the integration of reports and report data between different regions, and can reflect the company's operations in a digital way during the operation process. Material Requirements Planning: The new Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module allows users to analyze demand and calculate the supply and demand relationship of materials, so as to arrange production and procurement more reasonably.

Sales management: Clean up and correct the existing CRM data and sales data of subsidiaries in the current system, and enable the inter-company transaction mode to make the system business closer to the actual situation.


Production management: Work orders can be generated from the material requirements plan, reducing the user's workload of manually placing work orders.
