Shihe Robot hopes to use the powerful functions of NetSuite to break the dilemma of company information asymmetry, realizing cross-departmental business collaboration, and help the company's business to operate efficiently.

• Nanjing Free Soldier 2022.09.21

Nanjing Free Soldier hopes to use NetSuite to achieve financial decompression and real-time accurate financial data. Secondly, the labor costs of enterprises are increasing year by year. It is hoped that the system can liberate manpower so that employees can focus more on profitable things and improve work efficiency.

Wacheng Taitong hopes that through this project, it will successfully build a standardized operating process for the group. Based on the same operating platform, it can realize real-time information sharing and support daily operations.

Hitpoint Cloud has a strong research and development force, focusing on bringing customers a higher, faster and stronger ultimate experience. We launched SuiteApps successively in 2022 to help customers upgrade their product usage.

SuiteApps:
1. PDF Sign: Realize the online handwritten signature of documents in the NetSuite system, and generate & save the signed PDF file.

2. E-Sign: Provide stable and efficient docking services for NetSuite and Shangshangsign platform system integration.

3. Email Approval: Users do not need to log in to the NetSuite system, and can complete the approval operation for documents in the system by using email.

4. DataPump: Through simple configuration, the system can automatically extract the SavedSearch data in NetSuite into CSV files and store them on the remote SFTP server.

5. Image Compression: Users can compress pictures through simple operations, and save the compressed pictures to the designated file cabinet of NetSuite.
